If you need to obtain a Visa to attend our 69th Annual World Conference, there is a 1-3 month approval waiting period. As a guideline, we recommend that you present your invitation letter with your Visa application by Friday, February 17, 2012 to US Consul for approval and processing prior to registering for the Conference.

If you do not follow these guidelines it could impact your ability to attend the Conference.

Visitors to the U.S. from Visa Waiver Program
International visitors to the U.S. from Visa Waiver Program countries are now required to apply for travel authorization online. This program is known as ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).

The countries include: Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Republic of Malta, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, South Korea.
